Please complete, sign and then return a signed copy of the contract along with a copy of your ID or driver’s licence.
On receipt of contract, you will be allocate a unit number, once we have confirmed your unit number you will have 48 hours to send proof of payment. Failure to pay the deposit and 1st months rental within 48 hours of allocation, will result in forfeiture of the allocated unit.
In terms of the contract, you supply your own locks.
WE DO NOT SUPPLY ANY INSURANCE, PLEASE ARRANGE YOUR OWN IF REQUIRED.

The refundable deposit payable is R500 per unit.
Rental is payable monthly in advance (see contract for details).
Quoted rentals are subject to annual increase in March each year, regardless of when you take out your contract.

Shade Ports: R 500.00 per month.

From 06:00 to 18:00 Monday to Sunday – CLOSED ON ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
Transport
We do not supply or have access to transport, please make your own arrangements for transport.
Safety is our first priority
- The perimeter is secured by an electric fence which is activated 24 hours a day.
- This fence is connected directly to an armed response company. The alarm is activated either via a panic button carried by our security guard or automatically if the fence is tampered with.
- We make use of converted shipping containers that are made of solid steel all round, alleviating the biggest weak link in a storage unit namely the roof which is usually just a thin IBR sheet.
- Each storage unit can be securely locked with at least two locks, of which the tenant keeps the keys (Please buy good quality locks).
- The premises are floodlit.
- We have 24 hour security (manpower).
- We have CCTV and off site monitoring of the facilities 24 hours a day.
